Hello Parents, Students and Guardians,

I hope everyone had an enjoyable week. We are looking forward to the holiday choir/ band concerts, winter athletic events, end of fall classes and the holiday season. 

This time can be stressful on our students, family, and staff.  At SHS we value taking time to show compassion for others and see beyond our own experiences. Our mission is to take care of students academically, socially, emotionally, and physically by providing quality academics, college and career prep, durable skills, and belonging.

Students will have an extended lunch from 11:10 AM- 12:45 PM on this day. Please call the front office if you wish to give permission for your 9th grader to leave campus during this time.

Junior Career Day: December 16, 2025

Fifty community volunteers have signed on for this career day for all juniors. Each advisory class will rotate through three stations: Resume, Mock Interview, and Professionalism/Networking. Juniors must come professionally dressed for an interview, bring a copy of their resume, and be prepared to share their story with a professional. Email fmaxwell@coloradomtn.edu with questions.
