We are so excited to see all of our llamas again & to meet the new llamas that will be joining us this year!  My name is Kristie Servis and I’m the Principal of Crest Academy.  We are so excited for this upcoming year - we already have a fall overnight trip planned to build more community at The Crest!  

We are trying to streamline registration.  You’re welcome to print & return the forms listed below, or just come to The Crest on August 7 (9-12pm) & August 8 (8-12pm) to fill out the paperwork with Amy.  All families need to fill out this paperwork, please.

  1. Complete the Annual Update & FRL Application in Infinite Campus

    1. If you don’t know how to get into IC (Infinite Campus), select this link.

    2. Complete Annual Update – once per family  How-To Instructions

    3. Complete Free & Reduced Meal Application – once per family  How-To Instructions.  ALL FAMILIES should fill this out as it gets us access to funding.

  2. HERE is a folder that contains 8 documents.  Please print & sign them & bring them to Crest by day 1 of school.  The folder includes the supply list as well.

    1. If you don’t have access to a printer, we will have these forms printed at school for you to sign as well.  The office will be open on August 7 (9-12 p.m.) & August 8 (8 a.m.-12 p.m).
